This paper describes the overall objectives and structure of the BeCoDigital project. Then, it details two directions that are currently explored in Work Package 2: the study of complementarity of co-creation methods via a network modelling approach, and the role of AI in co-creation processes. Finally, the paper summarizes the expected contributions of the Work Package 2.
Idea Browsing on Digital Participation Platforms: A Mixed-Methods Requirements Study

This paper focuses on a popular digital co-creation method, namely the ideation platform. By means of a questionnaire and interviews, the paper has identified requirements of platform users regarding the visualization of a set of citizens' ideas on the platform to support the exploration of said ideas. It recommends the combination of multiple visual approaches - one encouraging exploration and filtering, and another for detailed browsing.
